Soda shop chair

I call this a soda shop chair because that's what it looks like to me. I'm not sure what it's really called. Here is the before, and this picture doesn't do it's ugliness justice. I used my new favorite green rustoleum spraypaint and some great remnant fabric from Hancock Fabrics.
