You may remember the story I told you about finding a mirror while running my half marathon? If you don't you can check it out here. Basically it was $5 and I couldn't pass it up. Here's a reminder of what it looked like before. The glass would be considered in poor shape to some but I really liked the aged patina it had on it. Reminds me of anthropologie.
So, Before....
And after, I went for a more distressed look to go with the weathered glass. Pardon the poor staging, I was in a hurry.
love those details and that patina....
So, off to the booth it goes1

No way!!! Just last week I gave this same old mirror (given to me by my mom from her "country" decor days) this same finish. I LOVE it now and have it hanging in my entry. So, you know I love yours :D
What a beautiful mirror. I would have a hard time parting with it. That's how I am with most of the stuff that I re-do. lol
I love your blog!
It looks wonderful. What a great find. Hugs, Marty

It's beautiful. I love how it turned out. I'm always on the hunt for mirrrors. I'd love to have a shop. How fun.
Gorgeous!
Its beautiful! I LOVE it!
I just found your blog - really digging it. I'm redesigning our master bedroom to a similar gray and yellow theme, with more white and less black.
I have a question... in your photo of the mirror I can spy a chandelier (?) in the background. What is it? Is there a post that features some info on it you can link me to?
