Thanks to Mandi at Vintage Revivals and her awesome zippered pillow tutorial, I've been on a pillow making roll. I always shied away from zippers in the past because I thought they were too hard. Well, something clicked when I saw her tutorial. She does a great job of explaining it and has lots of pictures. I'm such a visual learner so that always helps.
Here's my stash so far.
Here are the sources for the fabric in case anyone is interested:
Charcoal trellis pattern: Napkins from Target
Coral/pink: remnant from local fabric store
If you're scared of zippers I highly recommend her tutorial! It will make you want to sew pillow covers for every pillow in your house!

LOVE those! the black and white is my fave!
I love that trick too but I first learned about it from Jesse (Scout & Nimble) ;) She had a tutorial in April about the fast and easy zipper, but I still need to try it. Love your pillows A LOT!
Loving the pom poms!
ooooh pom poms! Im waaaaay too scared to attempt to sew anything much less a pillow. I love yours though:)
I've always done the envelope back, or hand stitched, or pinned :) but that tutorial looks so easy, thanks! Love that chevron ikat!
Love them Bethany! Mandi's tutorial is great, and I have it pinned and have yet to give it a go...one day...xo Kristin
